I have moved to Wordpress for various reasons. New address here: http://ajayanthi.wordpress.com/
I was also able to send all posts from here over to Wordpress so this site won't stick around too long. Please update your links/bookmarks (cause I know so many of you read this).

Full Recital Video
In Addition to the audio recording of my full recital, I now also have video. Video of William Flynn's portion of the evening is coming soon as well.
Videos for each tune are compiled to a playlist here.
I really like how the audio from the camera, since it is lower quality, seems to hide many of my mistakes that are very obvious on the uncompressed audio recording. I also can't wait to hear what the YouTube school of musicology has to say about my recital.

Full Recital recording
The recording of my full recital has been cut up and is now online. It is a pretty decent recording that I may be able to use in the future. Listen to it online or download it for free from Bandcamp

Recital
So, I had my recital hearing last night and it went pretty well. I'm looking forward to sharing the evening with William Flynn, a classmate of mine who is one hell of a musician. Link to the facebook event is below. If you would rather not see it on facebook, the recitals start at 8:30 PM on Tuesday, April 6 and will take place in the Huntington Recital Hall at Capital University. It should be a good time.
From the facebook event:
Back to back one-hour recitals from William and Aditya.
Assisted by Larry Cook, Tom Davis, Dan DiPiero, Chris Guthrie, Tony Hagood, Tim Magree, Jay Miglia, Austin Nill, and Nate Smith.
Featuring music by Nick Drake, Kenny Garrett, Mick Goodrick, Joe Henderson, Jerome Kern, Thelonious Monk, Lee Morgan, Hermeto Pascoal, Manuel MarĂa Ponce, Wayne Shorter, Toru Takemitsu, Victor Young, and more.

New tracks on MySpace.
New tracks have been uploaded to myspace. Not necessarily new ... I just haven't updated myspace in a really long time.

In other news, I'm really digging Kazumoto Endo's While You Were Out right now.

TuneBlog has moved.
TuneBlog by Dan DiPiero has a new address. Check it out here. I really like the picture that shows the difference between jass and jazz.
